- מאחר והשירות הינו קבצים דיגיטליים (מדיטציות מוקלטות), לאחר ביצוע התשלום וקבלת הקישור להורדה/גישה לתוכן – לא ניתן לקבל החזר כספי.
- במקרה של תקלה טכנית שמונעת ממך גישה לתוכן, נעשה כל מאמץ לפתור את הבעיה או לספק קישור חלופי.
- אם לא הצלחנו לספק את השירות כפי שתואר, המשתמש זכאי להחזר מלא בתוך 7 ימים ממועד הרכישה.
- לבקשת החזר, יש לפנות אלינו בדוא”ל התמיכה בצירוף פרטי העסקה.
